“should we care for each other?”
{you asked me that as we held each other. as we spoke honestly about how people no longer want to try. about how people don't do that anymore because they don't even stay long enough to get to know the other person and truly care. and then you asked me, should we? should we care for each other? and of course i said yes. yes, let's. 
but now i feel shit. 
when did i become this person? so irresponsible with my words? but i swear in that moment i had every intention to care.}
